Thank you for choosing Health Foundry. We are committed to getting your NP95 order to you as quickly and safely as possible so you can begin your journey toward better joint comfort and mobility without delay.

Dispatch & Processing

• Dispatch Location: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched directly from our Australian facility at 38 Ramsay Road, Five Dock NSW 2046.
• Processing Timeline: We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days.
• Operating Hours: Our packing team operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Shipping Rates & Bundles

• Australia-Wide Delivery: We ship to every address across Australia, including residential street addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
• Free Tracked Shipping: We offer Free Standard Tracked Shipping Australia-wide on our multi-pack value bundles (such as our 3-Month Return to Mobility System).
• Standard Delivery: For single-item orders, standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on standard Australia Post parcel rates.
• International Orders: We currently focus exclusively on serving our Australian customers. For custom overseas inquiries, please reach out to our support team directly.

Delivery Partners & Parcel Tracking

• Primary Carrier: All orders are fulfilled using Australia Post to ensure reliable, nationwide delivery right to your door or local post office.
  
• Tracking Information: The moment your parcel is scanned out of our Five Dock facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate on the carrier network.

Estimated Transit Times

While we pack and dispatch rapidly, final delivery transit times are managed by Australia Post. As a general benchmark from Sydney dispatch:

• NSW / ACT / VIC / QLD: 2 to 4 business days.
• SA / TAS / WA / NT: 4 to 7 business days.
• Regional & Remote Areas: Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for transit.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• Arrival Condition: We take great care in packaging every NP95 order to withstand transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt at contact@healthfoundry.com.au.
• Filing a Claim: Please keep all original outer packaging and take clear photos of the damage so our support team can resolve the issue with the carrier and dispatch a replacement immediately.

Your delivery is completely risk-free. Our shipping policy is backed by the NP95 90-Day "Feel the Difference" Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your results after using NP95, you can return your containers (even if empty) directly to our Five Dock facility for a full refund of your product purchase price.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
• Resolution: We encourage resolving any disputes through direct communication with our team in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the courts of New South Wales.
