At Health Foundry, we don’t just want you to try NP95; we want you to experience genuine, lasting joint comfort and mobility. Because true physical support takes time, we provide a full 90-day window for you to use the product and decide if it’s right for you.

Our 3-Month Promise

• Full Product Refund: You are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price for any NP95 products or bundles purchased on www.np95.com.au.
• The 90-Day Window: Your return parcel must be postmarked within 90 days (3 months) from the date you received your original delivery.
• The "Empty Container" Rule: We genuinely want you to finish your supply to give it a proper run. You can return whatever remains—whether it is empty containers, partially used tubs/bottles, or completely unopened extra stock.
• No Stress, No Interrogation: You aren't required to justify your return. We simply ask that you drop us a quick email or call so our warehouse team knows to keep an eye out for your parcel.

How to Process Your Return

To ensure your refund is handled smoothly and quickly, please follow these steps:

1. Pack Your Return: Include your used and unused NP95 packaging along with your name and Order Number so we can match it to your account immediately.

2. Ship to Our Sydney Facility:

(In-person drop-offs are also welcome Mon–Fri, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST, excluding public holidays).

3. Use Tracked Postage: While return postage is paid by the customer, we strongly recommend using a tracked service (such as Australia Post Parcel Post). We cannot process refunds for returned items that are lost in transit prior to reaching our warehouse.

Rapid 2-Day Refund Processing

• Fast Turnaround: Once your return package arrives at our Five Dock facility, our team will process your refund within 2 business days.
• Original Payment Method: Your refund will automatically be credited back to your initial payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.).
• Bank Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, funds usually clear and display in your account within 2 to 5 business days after processing.

Fair Use & Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

• Fair Use: This is a voluntary guarantee provided by Health Foundry in good faith to give our customers total confidence. We reserve the right to decline a return claim if we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused (e.g., multiple refund attempts on the same product line across different accounts).
• Statutory Rights: This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under statutory consumer guarantees.
